She was very personable and professional on the phone so I called her a week later and we discussed my price range and areas of interest. Elke was always looking out for my best interests and she asked questions of the owners or listing agents that I wouldn't even have thought to ask. Elke is extremely patient, as I changed my mind on several different occasions, after having gone under contract but before the inspection period was over. She never seemed aggravated or annoyed; always pleasant. I have to say, I was annoyed with myself. The home that I finally purchased was listed "as is" and was not in good shape. Even though it was "as is", Elke negotiated with the sellers agent and I received a sizable credit at closing. I did not see anything in Elke that would warrant any less than five stars. She is a great agent and if I ever sell the home that I just purchased through her, she will be the one that I contact to list it.
